About the House

A closed-loop proprietary institution in Miami, trading only its own capital under its own laws.

What the house is

A proprietary institution that answers to no client.

Global Financial Engineering, Inc. was incorporated in the State of Florida in April 2025 and is based in Miami. It trades its own internally generated capital across currencies, equities, futures, commodities and digital assets, through an algorithmic architecture it designed, built and governs itself.

It has one sister institution, Global Accountancy Institute, Inc., incorporated at the same time. The two form a single house: one trades, the other measures, and both publish one record jointly.

The standing statement

Global Financial Engineering does not offer client services, investment products or advisory solutions, and does not serve external clients. Everything it builds, it builds for its own use. Everything it publishes is published as overflow.

Three meanings of sovereign

What the word means in this house.

The house uses the word sovereign in three exact senses, and in no other.

I

In capital

No external money is at work. The house’s reach comes from governed leverage on its own equity, financed against its own balance sheet as any firm levered with credit is financed.

II

In governance

Authority over every set-point is reserved to the principal and exercised by decree. A decision once made and executed is not relitigated; a change requires a named defect.

III

In mind

The house forms its own view before it consults any instrument, and it adopts no doctrine from the industry, though it may inherit the industry’s tools.

Open and closed

What the house does, and what it has closed for good.

The constitution is easiest to read as a ledger.

SurfaceStatusWhy
Client accounts and managed capitalClosedThe house trades its own capital only. It holds no one else’s money and never will under this constitution.
Funds, units, shares or pooled vehiclesClosedNo fund exists, no unit is issued and no investor participates in the proprietary architecture.
Fees of any kindClosedNo performance, management, advisory, structuring or subscription fee is charged to anyone.
Consulting, quotations and servicesClosedThe house does not quote, consult or provide services to businesses or individuals.
Sale or licence of systems and signalsClosedGATS, its signals and its parameters are not sold, licensed, rented or shared.
Courses, training and enrolmentClosedNo course, programme, lecture series or certification is offered to the public.
Earning from the marketOpenThe single revenue surface. The house earns only where the market pays it, and bears its own loss where it does not.
Publishing its reasoningOpenPapers are written for internal use and published as overflow, as reasoning and never as advice.
The cost of error is the house’s own load. It is never passed to anyone else.

The principal

An office, not a biography.

Dr. Glen Brown is President and Chief Executive Officer of both institutions. The office holds sovereign authority over every set-point of the house and its machine; that authority is exercised by decree and closed by a written record.

Authority in this house is not unopposed. Every decision is challenged before it is sealed, and a correction found in the house’s own reasoning is recorded in the same words as anyone else’s. The house calls this mutual gatekeeping, and treats it as load-bearing.

Questions

Asked plainly, answered plainly.

Do you accept clients, investors or outside capital?

No. Both institutions trade only their own internally generated capital. They accept no clients, manage no external money and take no investors, and that is a constitutional choice, not a stage on the way to a fund.

Can I buy units, shares or a stake in a fund?

No. There is no fund, no unit and no share class. Any page, document or message offering units, returns or participation in GFE, GAI or the GATS architecture is not from the house.

Do you sell, license or share GATS, its signals or its settings?

No. The machine is described publicly only at the level of architecture. It is not for sale, licence or subscription in any form.

Do you offer courses, training, consulting or quotations?

No. Earlier editions of these sites described courses, consulting and quotations. None of these is offered, and the sites have been rebuilt to say only what is true of the house.

Are you a proprietary trading firm that funds traders?

No. A firm that funds outside traders, or trades on capital provided by another firm, does not govern the capital it uses. The house governs all of its own capital, and its notional reach comes from governed leverage on its own equity, so that model is incompatible with its doctrine.

Many people share the name. How do I know I have the right Dr. Glen Brown?

Dr. Glen Brown of Global Financial Engineering, Inc. and Global Accountancy Institute, Inc. is the President and Chief Executive Officer of both institutions, which are based in Miami. The house keeps a dated, witnessed record of who he is and how he reasons, published on both sites: Thought Impresses.

How do I write to the house?

By email only, at info@globalfinancialengineering.com. Correspondence on published papers, on the verification of a person or document connected with the house, and on institutional matters is read.
