Doctrine

The laws the house wrote for itself, the standing doctrines beneath them, and the canon of frameworks built under both.

The order of authority

Laws first. Doctrine beneath them. Parameters last.

The house governs itself through a short hierarchy. Five laws bind both institutions and their principal. Standing doctrines apply the laws to capital, risk and evidence. Frameworks and the machine sit beneath the doctrines and are changed only as the laws allow.

The laws are applied to their makers first. When the Epoch Law of Evidence was decreed, the first evidence it disqualified was the house’s own.

A note on precedence

The Sovereignty of the Mind is prior to every other law: no instrument, rule or reading may stand in for the judgment of the people who govern. Within the Law of Sealed Consequence, the refusal to transfer failure to anyone else is prior in reasoning to the closure of the business itself.

The laws

Five laws, in full.

  1. I

    The Internal Law of Production

Everything produced must benefit the house first. Production whose first consumer is outside the house, and motion spent on being seen, is refused. When work on the model and theory about the model compete for the same hour, the model is served. All theory and concepts must be usable from within; otherwise they are not produced.

Publication is the overflow of substance, never its purpose.

  2. II

    The Sovereignty of the Mind

Seven laws for the human element: the mind is the final arbiter; augmentation, never substitution; custody of attention; verification before belief; the examined frame; the unassisted mind, which forms its own view before consulting any instrument; and the instrument serves the mind, artificial intelligence included.

    The instrument serves the mind.

  3. III

    The Law of Measurement Discipline

A cut to the machine is authorised only on a named defect. Where no defect is named, the machine holds, and holding is recorded as a decision. Periodic results are temporary status checks, readings rather than findings. Open questions are things to be measured while the machine runs unchanged, not work orders.

Cut only on defect. Hold the machine still. Call a reading a reading.

  4. IV

    The Law of Sealed Consequence

The market is the single revenue surface: consulting, licensing, managed capital, fees of every kind and the sale of signals or systems are closed. No fee is taken against a specification the house will not itself be scored on. Everything produced must be financial engineering: a transformation, a falsifiable specification and an assembly from real primitives.

We bear our own failure. We inherit tools. We adopt no doctrine.

  5. V

    The Epoch Law of Evidence

A record produced under a different rule does not inform decisions about the current one, unless the question is a defect. An epoch opens when a change is deployed and closes when the next one is; a trade belongs to the epoch that closed it. Evidence is admissible when it shows a mechanism wrong by construction, and inadmissible when it merely measures how well a mechanism performed.

We measure what we had control over.

Standing doctrines

How the laws meet capital, risk and evidence.

Capital

The Governed Capital Doctrine

Equity is the entry ticket; governed capital is the quantity that matters. Leverage on the house’s own balance sheet replaces other people’s money, and the house’s own circuits replace the discipline outside capital would impose.

Risk

The Death Stop Doctrine

A position’s final stop is placed outside noise and scaled to the instrument’s own volatility, so that it is closed only by a move that would invalidate a long-horizon view, never by ordinary movement.

Ruin

The Risk-of-Ruin Provision

The house names the risk of ruin rather than hiding it. An account can go to zero through no failure of its own, so loss is bounded in layers, and part of the capital is kept where the machine cannot reach it.

Change

Specification before metal

No change is made without a specification written first: the named defect, the transformation, the property it declares, the instrument that will score it, and what would prove it wrong.

Evidence

Ground zero

After the Epoch Law, the house treats its current rules as the only baseline. It looks ahead from what it has, and engineers future equity without forecasting.

Inheritance

Tools, not doctrine

Anything the industry has built may be used; nothing it believes is adopted. Any borrowed formalism states where the house departs from it.

The canon of frameworks

Frameworks recorded in the house’s doctrine vault.

FrameworkWhat it governs
Global Algorithmic Trading Software (GATS)The execution and decision-enforcement architecture that governs systematic proprietary trading.
Structural-Momentum Synchronization Doctrine (SMSD)Whether observed momentum is structurally coherent across timeframes.
Entropy & Game Theory ResearchUncertainty modelling, adversarial behaviour and probabilistic risk reasoning.
Quantum Risk & Phoenix Rebirth FrameworksRegime stress recognition, drawdown containment and disciplined recovery.
Law X — Dual-Magnet Regime CommitmentWhen commitment is structurally permitted, resolving constraint before acceptance.
Death-Stop Authority Core (DSAC)When a position may live, become immortal, or die.
The GATS Quantum Allocation Doctrine (GQAD)The unit-based capital architecture of GATS, quantified before live deployment.
